1916 Philippine National Bank Series. Signed by Mercado and Concepcion. Pres. George Washington profile on banknote. Has light vertical folds at the middle that had been flatten. No holes. I would say it is in XF+ condition, retained some crispiness on the note. A desirable note. Look at photo for better description.
